Charity Ball (Black Tie Attire) in aid of the British Heart Foundation and Glenfield Hospital

In 2017 at the age of 55 I was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Heart
Disease (CAHD), all 4 of my arteries were blocked, I had a Triple
Heart By-pass. According to my Cardiologist I was about 4 to 6 weeks
away from having a massive heart attack/stroke with the odds stacked
against me, had I survived the outcome would have been austere!

I am asking for Sponsorship or a donation/s, for a Charity Ball, to be held on Saturday 2nd September 2023 at the Hilton Hotel, Junction 24 of the M1, in aide of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and the Glenfield General Hospital. I think you will agree that these are great causes and we will all benefit from their help and hard work.

The BHF will use any monies raised for the purpose of research into heart health, and the Glenfield Hospital will use the money to provide additional facilities for their staff, staff are often forgotten!

The charity ball, is the first event of this nature that I have attempted, I would so appreciate your support.
The ball will consist of a raffle followed by an auction and any other little ad hoc things that we can pull in! I am in the process of collecting raffle and auction prizes, if anyone can help with contacts that would be helpful and very welcome, signed football shirts, a holiday etc!

There will be entertainment, by local artists, the Hathern Village Association (HVA) are supporting me with this event, for which I am very grateful.
