Local musicians Ethne Goode (Mezzo-soprano) & Chris Howard (Piano) present a Lunchtime Concert at St. Mary's Church, Hinckley on Weds 5th March at 1pm.
The new season of Lunchtime Concerts at St. Mary's Church, Hinckley starts on Weds 5th March with two local musicians.
Mezzo-soprano Ethne Goode with pianist Chris Howard present a concert of light classical music ranging from German Lieder and English Songs to songs from musical theatre.
Ethne has sung principal roles in Leicester and at Hinckley's Concordia Theatre.
Chris read Music at Cardiff University then held teaching posts in Coventry and was Director of Music at Holy Trinity Church, Coventry.
Their concert for SMARTS (St. Mary's Arts) will include music by Schubert, Elgar, Roger Quilter, Ivor Novello and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
