Nuneaton Bowl on Bermuda Park has been refurbished during lockdown
Featuring state of the art lane lighting, new layout, shabby chic bar, DJ hosts, Namco arcade, pizza menu, new toilets and flooring and far improved drinks offer when the 24 lane centre reopens people wont recognise it.
Pete Terry, MD of the company commented
“We as a company have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure all safety procedures and Covid requirements are surpassed so that our customers and families can concentrate on having a great bowling experience once again. We found the people of Nuneaton loved the changes we made to this bowl and we were blown away by their support when we took over. “
“ At our Nuneaton centre, which is well loved by the local community, we have taken the time to give a full makeover. Due to the restrictions of the pandemic we will be undertaking a full relaunch later in the year, but we hope our customers love what we have done with the centre”
Some of the COVID measures taken include
* Hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue
* Disposable food packaging
* Lanes will be spaced 1 on 1 off for social distancing
* We will be using our new Disco Bowl app so that food and drink comes to you to reduce queuing at the bar and reception
* Restricted balls on the lanes cleaned after each game
* Track and Trace facilities via online bookings
* Additional bowl hosts to clean surfaces, machines and ensure that customers are kept safe
Commenting on the closure period, Manager Hayley Johnson said
“The team and I cant wait to get the doors open again and provide some safe family fun to all our customers. Our new focus on at your lane service will mean people can enjoy bowling and have everything brought to them with just a few clicks of our app. We have created 5 new jobs through this. The centre looks amazing and I think they will love it”
