All walk-in Covid vaccine clinics open this week

They are open to everyone over 18.

People can attend a drop-in clinic even if they aren’t registered with a GP or they don’t have an NHS number.

Anyone who had their first dose at least eight weeks ago can attend the clinics to have their second dose of the same vaccine.

• Thursday July 22
  • Peepul Centre, Orchardson Avenue, Leicester, LE4 6DP 8:30am to 7:30pm (Moderna). Booked appointments also available via the National Booking Service
  • Merridale Medical Centre, 5 Fullhurst Ave, Leicester LE3 1BL. 10am to 6pm (Pfizer)
• Friday July 23
  • Peepul Centre, Orchardson Avenue, Leicester, LE4 6DP 8:30am to 7:30pm (AstraZeneca). Booked appointments also available via the National Booking Service
  • Fosse Medical Centre, 344 Fosse Road North, Leicester LE3 5RR. 8am to 12pm (Pfizer), 12pm to 1pm (AstraZeneca)
• Saturday July 24
  • Peepul Centre, Orchardson Avenue, Leicester, LE4 6DP 8:30am to 7:30pm (Moderna). Booked appointments also available via the National Booking Service
  • Hinckley Leisure Centre 10am - 12.30pm (Pfizer) 1st and 2nd jabs
  • Merridale Medical Centre, 5 Fullhurst Ave, Leicester LE3 1BL. 10am to 7pm (Pfizer)
  • Charnwood Borough Council, Southfield Road, Loughborough, LE11 2TX. 8:30am to 12pm (AstraZeneca – second doses only). 1:30pm to 5pm (Pfizer – 1st doses only).
