Appeal launched following robbery in Nuneaton

At 2.11am Tuesday 28 May, officers responded to a report of disorder in Glebe Road. It was reported that a man was being attacked by a group of males who then stole a box from him.

The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered minor injuries to his head and leg, and was taken to hospital.

A 17-year-old male from Nuneaton was arrested nearby on suspicion of robbery. He remains in police custody.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw people acting suspiciously in the area to get in touch.
