The driver asked officers to put down 95mph on their ticket.
They were stopped on Sunday afternoon on the M69, with officers realising that this was not the first time they had been caught travelling in excess of 100mph.
Leicestershire Roads Policing Unit, who Fosse 107 joined last week on one of their Fatal4 operations, said in a tweet the driver had been caught six years earlier travelling at 106mph.

Perhaps adding insult to injury, the driver asked the officers who pulled them over to put 95mph on their ticket instead of the correct 100+ figure.
They said no.
