It comes as over 200 doses were given from Nuneaton's vaccine bus last weekend.
The service will run for the next five days including Bank Holiday Monday with appointments available between 0830-1630.
Bookings can be made here.
The vaccination centre is in Outpatients C, first floor and car parking at the hospital for the first 30 minutes is free.
It will be staffed by teams of healthcare registered staff who will also be on hand to help people who might have some hesitancy about the vaccination and they can be telephoned on 02476 865414.
Meanwhile the vaccination ambulance will be back in Nuneaton town centre for the next three days to encourage more people aged over 40 to get the jab.
Vaccinations have been stepped up in the area since last Friday and have coincided with increased COVID-19 testing in the Wembrook and Abbey wards following the identification of confirmed cases of the variant first identified in India.
Local residents who are 40 and over can just turn up to the bus which will be on the Queen’s Road/Market Place between 9am -5pm on Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday on Harefield Road – no appointment is needed.
This is for first dose only.
