Appointments can be booked if you are asymptomatic or if you are feeling unwell but do not have a new, continuous cough, high temperature , or have lost your sense of smell.
Results are usually produced in under an hour, with positive results needing to be confirmed
It's recommended that anyone leaving home for work should get tested twice a week, three or four days apart.
Warwickshire County Council recommends the following groups get tested routinely:
- Essential shops, supermarkets, financial services
- Early years, childcare, education
- Food production, food processing
- Manufacturing, warehousing, packing, distribution
- Transportation
- Essential public sector services (such as waste, Police, security)
- Construction, utilities, communication
- Agency worker
- Health or social care
Those in a household or support bubble with school children or staff are also eligible for a rapid test.
