Three patients who tested positive for Covid-19 have died at Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust said: "Two male patients, one aged 89 and one aged 91, who had both tested positive for Covid-19, have died this week at Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital.
"In addition, a female Covid-19 patient aged 79 passed away earlier this month. All three had underlying health conditions.
"We have spoken with the families of all three patients and shared our condolences. Our thoughts are with them at this difficult and distressing time."
