New drive-thru Costa Coffee could be coming to Hinckley

The brand new cafe will have indoor seating as well as a drive-thru lane.

Coffee fans are in for a treat as a new drive-thru Costa could be opening in Hinckley.

Plans have been submitted to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council to create a new coffee shop in the car park of the Morrisons on Normandy Way.

If the application is given the green light the brand new cafe will have indoor seating as well as a drive-thru lane.

The planning application states that 'the proposed location within the car park is such that it will minimise disruption to the existing car park operation and minimal parking spaces will be lost.'

In total, the proposed coffee shop will remove 50 parking spaces from the existing car park.
