The NHS in Leicestershire has warned patients and service users that some community services may be impacted throughout the day (3 January) due to recent flooding.
They have said that travel to home appointments may take staff longer than usual, due to road closures and diversions across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, said: "Some appointments may need to be cancelled or rearranged. If this is the case, we will let you know. We apologise for any inconvenience caused if you are affected.
"The safety and health and wellbeing of our patients and staff is our number one priority at this time."
