A campaign to identify and check on the most vulnerable people has been relaunched.
Op Plenty involves Safer Neighbourhood Team officers dropping by the homes of vulnerable people in the community for a cup of tea and a chat to check whether they are OK and if there’s any further support that can be provided.
The scheme is currently ongoing in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
Inspector Ryan Walker from Nuneaton & Bedworth SNT told Fosse 107 about Op Plenty.
If you know someone in your community, be it a neighbour, friend, or relative, who would appreciate a visit from an officer for a cup of tea and a chat, you can email sntreachout@warwickshire.police.uk.
Please make sure that you have asked them for their permission first.
