It is open to any woman who has had surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy for breast cancer.
Breast cancer survivors are invited to sign up for a free 8-week physical activity programme which starts in Earl Shilton in September.
The group's aim is to help people improve their health and wellbeing.
‘In the Pink’, which is a Leicestershire-based group, is open to any woman who has had surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy for the disease, whether the treatment was 10 months or 10 years ago.
It is led by a cancer and exercise-trained teacher and runs in small supportive groups.
The Earl Shilton programme will run on Wednesday evenings and there are still six places available.
Sessions are Pilates-based to improve posture and flexibility which can be affected by treatment along with other activities like tai chi or Nordic walking, to introduce survivors to new ways of staying active.
The Earl Shilton programme is funded by the Leicestershire County Council SHIRES community fund and by the National Lottery Community Fund.
