The fight happened at around 6:45pm on Monday 12 April, the first day pubs were allowed to reopen under new Covid-19 restrictions.
Police had released images of two men they wanted to speak to in connection with the incident in the garden of a pub on Market Place..
As a result of the appeal, Jack Johnson, 30, of Eskdale Road, Hinckley has been charged with assault and a section 4 public order offence.
Another man identified following the appeal was eliminated from the investigation.
Two men had already been charged in connection with this incident.
Jamie Buckley, 30, of Brookfield Road, Hinckley, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon, assault and a section 4 public order offence.
Tom Whittle, 28, of Hinckley Road, Stoney Stanton, was charged with assault and a section 4 public order offence.
