A 23-year-old man sustained injuries to his arms after being assaulted by two men with baseball bats.
The victim was walking along Grant Road and had just reached the junction with Melville Close when he was attacked by the men who were in a small light blue car.
The assault happened at about 8pm on Friday 4 January.
