The incident happened last month outside a pub on High Street, Ibstock.
Around 9pm on Sunday 13 June, a fight is said to have broken out between three men outside a pub on High Street, Ibstock.
Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the brawl.
PC Nicol Rowell said: “We are trying to identify a man we believe was also involved in this incident.
“We are asking anyone who recognises the man in the image, or anyone who witnessed the incident to please get in touch.”

Two men were arrested in the aftermath of the fight.
A 55-year-old man from Hinckley was released with no further action.
A 27-year-old from Coalville was arrested and released on bail.
