Recycling bins in Nuneaton and Bedworth may not be collected.
Strikes affecting recycling collections in Nuneaton and Bedworth will be taking place every day during February.
The recycling bins are collected by Coventry City Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth has said it is working to ensure they deliver the service they are contracted to provide.
Councillor Sue Markham, portfolio holder for public services, said: “The trade unions have reported that all recycling collections in Nuneaton and Bedworth on every day of the week will be affected by this strike action from now on, but I want to assure residents that we will do everything we can to keep things running.
“While our own teams with some of the Coventry workers have continued to collect as much recycled waste as they can, some household brown lid bins have been missed on each round since the strike started."
Green bin garden waste collections and black bin general waste collections will continue unaffected.
Residents are asked to put their brown lid recycling bin out for collection on their normal collection day but take the bin back onto their property if it is not collected.
If the bin is missed you can put your recycling waste in black bags for collection on the black bin collection day.
Or you can book a visit to a Household Recycling Centre.
Cllr Sue Markham said: “As announced previously, we are working on the possibility of offering recycling drop off points for households affected by the strike. At this point, it is too early to say if the action taken by Coventry City Council to employ contractors on this work will mean we won’t need to put that plan into operation. We are of course continuing to watch the impact of this industrial action very closely and will continue to try to keep residents in the picture as this action continues.”
