The stranded duckling had to be rescued using chimney rods.
They had initially received a call from the RSPCA reporting a duckling trapped in a drain on Sunday (16th May) at around 11:26.
A fire engine from Hinckley station rushed to scene on Thurlaston Lane in Croft.
The duckling was thankfully rescued and handed over to the RSPCA.
