The centre at Charnwood Borough Council’s offices will be open one final time this afternoon (22 March).
They’ll be offering the jab from 1:15pm to 5pm, after running similar sessions on yesterday and Sunday (Sunday 21st March).
Turnout has been high and over 400 people were given the jab in first clinic alone.
The site had been closed for 12 days due to supply issues but Rebecca Dempsey, who is the lead GP for the vaccine clinic, told Fosse107 that should now be solved.
"We didn't have any supply left at one point but I don't think that'll be the case any time soon.
"Even with the national shortage, we'll still be open more days than not in April."

She also said that residents shouldn't panic if they cannot attend this drop-in clinic.
"We'll be moving back to an appointments based system after this so it isn't your last chance saloon.
"The aim of these sessions is to reach people in the higher categories who may have slipped through the cracks"
The site is located on Southfields Road in Loughborough.
The Charnwood GP Network’s site said, “We’re unsure how many people will want to attend so please be aware that you might need to wait/ queue for some time or if demand is too high we may have to ask you to come back on a different day.
“Please accept our sincere apologies if this does turn out to be the case.”
To be eligible you must either be clinically vulnerable or aged over 50. You can find out how to book a jab elsewhere here.
